2015 will be above all, the year of Expo 2015 for Milan, the universal exposition which has returned to Milan after more than a century (in 1906 the Milan Exposition Fair was inaugurated). It is now situated in its new premises in Rho) .
The importance of EXPO2015 in Milan and in Italy is continuously increasing. In a similar way, Leone XIII, which is constantly involved in the growth and placement of young people within a cultural and working international environment, wishes to play an important role, putting into action a series of initiatives, that during 2014/15 and 2015/16, were connected to the EXPO 2015 theme “Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life”.
In this section, a description of the most important projects (according to the Italian and European Jesuit schools) can be found. These projects will be carried out in Milan, and are some examples of the activities which have been initiated by the various schools as part of the Expo School project in Leone XIII in collaboration with MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research), and a regular update of the most important innovations.
